Shannon is an ordained pastor and President and CEO of Firebrand Revivalists, a ministry rooted in biblical faith and spiritual leadership. She is also a national leader with the Nehemiah Alliance and President and Founder of Sophion Media & Consulting Group.

With over 16 years of ministry experience, Shannon has dedicated her life to serving the broken and marginalized—from the homeless and addicted to families in crisis. She leads Jesus Loves the Little Children, a ministry focused on reaching children and families with hope and restoration. Her prayer movements have equipped thousands to hear God's voice for their families, communities, and leaders.

Before ministry became her full-time calling, Shannon built a distinguished career in business, ranking as a top performer in property management and leasing. She managed large teams and multi-million dollar operations with integrity and excellence—skills she now brings to advising leaders across business, government, ministry, and public service.

Shannon's influence extends across multiple spheres: she ministers to political and business leaders, coaches professionals, helps organizations identify hidden issues affecting their health, and mentors young people in crisis.
