About Shannon Suttles
Shannon is an ordained pastor, organizational leader, and business strategist serving as President and CEO of Firebrand Revivalists, a federally recognized 508(c)(1)(a) nonprofit ministry she has led for over fifteen years. She is also the Founder of Jesus Loves the Little Children, an auxiliary chaplaincy ministry, and President and Founder of Sophion Media & Consulting Group. In addition, she serves as a national leader with the Nehemiah Alliance.
With more than 17 years in full-time ministry—and over two decades of leadership influence—Shannon has dedicated her life to serving individuals, families, and institutions in seasons of need, transition, and restoration. Through Firebrand Revivalists, she has led initiatives reaching a wide range of populations, including those experiencing homelessness, addiction, family crisis, and spiritual hardship. Her work is grounded in biblical truth and a commitment to seeing lasting transformation in both individuals and communities.
Shannon is the visionary behind Jesus Loves the Little Children, a ministry established from a clear calling to serve children and their families. As an extension of Firebrand Revivalists, this chaplaincy-focused initiative operates within schools and communities to provide spiritual care, guidance, and support. The ministry is rooted in the Word of God and is centered on helping children overcome challenges through the power of God’s presence where traditional methods may fall short. Under Shannon’s leadership, chaplains are trained, equipped, and covered to serve with both spiritual authority and practical wisdom.
In parallel with her ministry work, Shannon leads Sophion Media & Consulting Group, where she serves as the senior strategic authority across client engagements. Sophion was founded on the principle that strong outcomes require both discernment and operational excellence. In this role, she advises leaders and organizations across business, government, education, and public service—helping them navigate complex decisions, identify underlying risks, and bring clarity to high-stakes situations.
Before stepping fully into ministry leadership, Shannon built a distinguished career in property management and commercial leasing in the Indianapolis market. She ultimately led operations for a $400 million Class A asset, overseeing large, cross-functional teams across leasing, maintenance, contracting, vendor management, and security. She managed multi-million dollar contract portfolios, directed vendor procurement and agreements, and maintained accountability for staying withing operational budgets.
Across every sphere she serves, Shannon brings a unique combination of spiritual leadership and operational discipline. She has worked alongside executives, public leaders, and ministry teams through critical organizational moments—supporting leadership transitions, strengthening internal structures, and helping surface issues before they become significant liabilities. Her work is marked by a consistent focus on accountability, wisdom-driven strategy, and measurable results.
Her prayer movements and leadership initiatives have equipped thousands to hear God’s voice and walk in clarity within their families, communities, and spheres of influence. Whether ministering to individuals, advising organizations, or leading teams, Shannon operates from a deep conviction that transformation occurs when people are fully seen, supported, and guided toward truth.
Shannon is a devoted spouse, parent, and grandparent. Her family actively serves alongside her, reflecting the generational impact of her faith, leadership, and lifelong commitment to serving others.
